UK Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Delivery costs are £2.50, or free on orders over £15 and free for subscription orders. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched monthly. Delivery is included in the price.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email hello@readreceiptbookmarks and we’ll look into it.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it. UK and EU consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. To start a return, email hello@readreceiptbookmarks with your order number, and we’ll send you the return details. Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the standard delivery cost you paid, if you return the whole order.

Return Costs
Returns are free within the UK.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, email us at hello@readreceiptbookmarks with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you, including return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
