About us
This website is run by Read Receipt Bookmarks, based in the UK. You can contact us at hello@readreceiptbookmarks.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our website
You can browse the site freely, but please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, copy it automatically, or use it for anything unlawful. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our products
We make every effort to show our bookmarks accurately, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Product descriptions and prices may be updated, and if we spot a pricing or stock error on your order we’ll contact you before going ahead.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken when you order and is handled securely by our payment provider.

Delivery
We deliver to UK only. Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and cancellations
If you buy from us as a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and to return items for a refund. Full details, including how to return something, are on our Shipping & Returns page. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll put it right. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, you’ll be charged monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by through your account, and it will take effect before the next billing date. We’ll tell you before any price change.

Gifts
If you buy a gift, the recipient may return it under the same terms, and the refund will go to the person who paid.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Read Receipt Bookmarks name, logo, designs, text and images, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Our responsibility
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or of our negligence. We don’t exclude or limit liability for things the law doesn’t allow us to, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms that applied when you placed your order will apply to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
